VICTOR ORTEGA Died June 4, 2012 -San Diego CA On June 4, 2012 , 31 year old Victor Ortega was wrongfully killed by a San Diego police officer. Victor was unarmed and according to witnesses in compliance with the officers demands. Stated by the Lieutenant the officer already had Victor down on the ground on his stomach and had cuffed one hand prior to him being shot and killed, Victor Ortega was a loving father, husband, son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend to many people. We need Justice for Victor Ortega and all the support we can get.
